What?

Jill and Jo established FDR after 2 years researching the impact of anti-social behaviour created by guests staying at local Airbnb and Holiday Homes. As local residents their own Council (Mornington Peninsula Shire) also identified a need to reduce the amount of anti-social complaints and help keep the peace on the Mornington Peninsula.

Why?

To assist property managers and owners of Airbnb properties to keep the peace and adhere to the local Mornington Shire local law regarding noise, parking and rubbish.

First Direct Resolutions will be your designated contact with Mornington Peninsula Shire and we’ll liaise with guests and neighbours. We will respond within 2 hours to comply with the local law. We’ll contact the booking guest on the day of check in.

Incident Reporting

A full incident report is provided to the Property Manager and or Owner detailing the events with outcomes.
